Who is covered:
You are eligible for the benefits of this warranty if you are the original purchaser of the Sachs Super Gas Shock Absorber product and still own the vehicle on which the Sachs Super Gas Shock Absorbers were installed.

What is covered and for how long:
ZF Trading North America, LLC warrants each new Sachs Super Gas Shock Absorber against wear-out or failures due to defects in materials and workmanship for as long as you own your passenger car or light truck if the vehicle has been operated under normal conditions.

What ZF Trading North America will do:
ZF Trading North America will replace any defective or worn-out Sachs Super Gas Shock Absorber product covered by this warranty with a new one. ZF Trading North America will neither remove or install, and will not pay for the removal or installation of any Sachs product under this warranty.

What is NOT covered:
This warranty does not cover any Sachs brand product that has been:
1. Supplied for high-performance purposes
2. Modified, altered or subjected to abuse, negligence or accident
3. Improperly installed or installed on any vehicle for which it was not designed
4. Installed on any vehicle which has been modified
5. Installed on any vehicle which has been used commercially or for rallying, racing or off-road use
6. Used on a vehicle other than the one on which it was originally installed

Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose shall be limited to the duration of the above limited warranty. This warranty does not cover consequential damages, nor loss of time, inconvenience, loss of use of the vehicle or another incidental damages. Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, or allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, so the above limitations or exclusions may not apply to you.

What you must do:
You must return the defective or worn-out Sachs Super Gas Shock Absorber to the authorized Sachs distributor from whom you purchased and present your sales receipt as proof of purchase. Additional information or assistance regarding warranty claims may be obtained by writing to:

This is only an express warranty applicable to products offered in the Sachs Super Gas Shock Absorber Program; ZF Trading North America neither assumes nor authorizes anyone to assume for it any other express warranty. This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which vary state to state.
