ZF Trading North America (ZFTNA) will replace, at no charge, any Stabilus Gas Charged Lift Support sold by ZFTNA which has failed on the vehicle for which it was intended and originally installed.

ZFTNA will not be responsible for the cost of labor related to the installation of the replacement part.

This warranty does not cover failure or malfunctions resulting from improper application or installation, modification, alteration, tampering, abuse or accident.  Any implied warranties, including warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose shall be limited as set forth above.  ZFTNA shall not be responsible for incidental or consequential damages and its liability shall be limited to the amount paid for the product.  Some states do not allow limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts or the exclusion or limitation of incidential or consequential damages, so the above limitation or exclusion may not apply to you.  This warranty gives you specific legal rights, and you may also have other rights which may vary from state to state.  This is the only express warranty applicable to ZFTNA lift support products; ZFTNA neither assumes nor authorizes anyone to assume for it any other express warranty.

You must return the defective Stabilus Gas Charged Lift Support to the authorized ZFTNA distributor from whom you purchased the unit and present a coy of your vehicle's registration along with your sales receipt as proof of purchase.  Additional information or assistance regarding warranty claims may be obtained by writing to:
