Where can I submit my warranty claim?
Warranty claims should be submitted to the original point of purchase and should accompany the original proof of purchase and the defective part.

When making a claim, does the customer receive a replacement part free-of charge or must he pay for it and then get reimbursed?
The customer should purchase a replacement part when submitting the defective part for inspection by an SNA representative for credit.
